Everyone has specific areas of their body that they want to target in their exercise routine to improve tone or strength. A common area for both men and women to focus on is arms, so that you can develop your desired shape and tone. There are five forms of exercise that stand out when it comes to improving strength and tone in your arms whilst also burning any extra padding that may be hiding your amazing features from the rest of the world. Boxing

Boxing is a great way of toning and firming your arms. It helps to burn fat which is absolutely critical whilst also developing your muscle tone.
